I've used an EXCELLENT shareware image editor called Thumbs Plus for some
time now.. it does a killer job creating thumbnail pages in super-easy
steps.. allows you to put captions on the pictures, the whole nine inches.

Download the shareware version from www.cerious.com.  Definitely hot stuff.
