  easy. the problem is taht the 'r' dropped off and is hanging up
slightly when you're making turns. seriously, i'd check the little metal
strip that functions as your horn. you can always remove the nut holding
the wheel on (15/16" socket) and pull the wheel out a bit to see where
the sound is coming from. only other thing i could see would the be the
wheel locking mechanism catching a bit. perhaps one of the arms is
loose? after the arms, it's pretty much a straight tube to the joint by
the pedals. oh, and please don't try while driving. trust me.
