8V to 16v Conversion

how much work is involved in converting from CIS to CIS-E.  i'm thinking 
about getting a nonsunroof 8v and swap in the motor from my sunroofed 16v.  i 
know it would be easier to find a non-sunroofed 16v but those are pretty hard 
to come by.  mechanicals i can do.  but i'm hesitant w/ the electricals.  i'm 
hoping to find a decent donor to complete this conversion before summertime.
