Puddles!

I came out to my '88 the other day after an overnight rainstorm and
discovered the pass. side parcel tray was Lake Slegato... there was a puddle
in there!  Nowhere else in the car was it wet... just this one spot. Never
had this problem before.. could it be that I had the drain tray out to clean
it and didn't put the seal back properly???
