RE: injector seals
Run the engine for 5 minutes and put a small amount of penetrating fluid on
each injector base. The heat will actually help them pop out easier, same
theory as heating a frozen nut.

I just pried under the edge from two sides with a couple BIG screwdrivers.
The donut o-rings are what hold them in place and they get hard as a rock.
Just don't pull on the fuel lines (leak, leak, leak).
