Well I think 150HP might be a bit exagerated cause the block is rated in the
engineering papers at 140HP before rupture.

Engineering papers huh? Where did you get these? Would you scan them for me? 
I think maybe you are referring to an inferior automobile. 140HP is 
relatively easy to obtain in a 1.8 8V and not at all compromising the 
longevity or reliability of the crankcase.

Methinks the crack has gotten to ya buddy ;-)
