Julie's car problem was multiple failure

1)The black wire from the ignit switch carries 12v till loaded, then drops 
to 2 volts. I bypassed it direct to the battery to get to the store...
2) Fuel Pump relay failure. Replaced and pumps.

Multiple failures are rare thank god.
