Get his address and do a search for the closest UPS shipping station.
www.ups.com, drop off, search for a staffed station.

He might not be aware of a mailboxes etc.( or sometimes drugstores have 
shipping stations) in his area.

Also there has to be a USPS office near him. They are always cheaper than 
FedEx. Usually.
