shock bushing needed

I need to know where I can get a bushing for my rear Bilstien . Bilstien will 
not sell me a new one I tried already . I dont care if its rubber, poly or 
Delrin I just need one (or two if non rubber) cause I had to cut the bolt 
head off since it rusted in there .
