Thats too vague a question , what are you expecting out of your trans?

If you want quick go with the 4K if you want fuel economy go 16v . 

But.....if you are having a Quaife installed you can use the 16v tranny , 
bolt up a rabbit ring and pinion to that diff and steal the taller 5th out of 
it too for a good all around tranny .
