As far as some nice (used to be Porsche roads before 6 kids) Scirocco
driving I'd put my .02 in for the run up Alum Rock road to lick Observatory
and on over the other side to Livermore. I did the run in Feb. I think it
was in my 79 1.9 Scirocco with the SFBAVW-Gruppe and had a blast trying to
stay with the 16V GTI's, and Supercharged VR6's. These guys are a great
group and know how to travel fast and more importantly safely. Hope to meet
some of you at ND this year.
