had a problem similar to this not too long ago.
my friend and i ended up pluging the battery into a trickle charge,
pulled the fuel pump relay, and turned the car over for about 30 seconds.
did that twice, IIRC.
when the fuel pmp relay went back in, we started the car again, and this
time, it ran like hell, but it ran. for the first minute or so, we needed
to give it some throttle so that it wouldn't stall, but after about 10
minutes of idling, it was back to normal.
