i have worked for barts autoworks and motortechnik
the first closed due to a big robbery and the 2nd is the one in question,
also i would not recommend EIP at all,
a good shop would  be to go a place in aberdeen md they are called NGP new
german performance, ed and dave are great guys and sooner or later they will
be tuning my 87 scirocco 16 v 2.1L
or maintence at euroconcepts as well the are in jppatowne
