How do you get that darn thing out.I have an open ended wreench thaat fits, 
but no place to turn it... Removed all the piping the Bently says, including 
removing the TB...
All I did was crush the darn thing with vice grips...
Heat didn't help...
AAARRRGGG..............
All with a new set of nails...
