O2 Sensor & clutch q's

Ok, so the blond was asleep for most of the last posts...
I have low idle problems and it seems to be running rich. Hard to get the 
system stable.... Replace the O2 sensor?

Clutch: Mech told me $265 for labor $150.00 parts. $415.00 total less tax...
Sound about right for cost?
