Yep, glad I'm not the only one that found this out, was starting to think
Mars was just a little weird.
You're right though, that axle wasn't going back on the car without either
the washers or a BFH.
Delrin, Hmm.... I thought about it but didn't have the extra $$ for them.
How do you like them so far?

I just ran into this same problem a couple of days ago. I even
called BSI
where i bought my Delrin bushings and asked about it. He said he'd
never
had to use washers. Well he must be a magician then, 'cause without
an
extra washer on each side, that axle was not going back on the car.
My kit
didn't even come with washers, I had to snag the extra flat washers
from my
old axle. i love the little things they don't tell you about.
