Guys, check out Lease Wizard, from www.leasewizard.com.  It does an EXTENSIVE
breakdown of all the numbers, compares leases to loans, and does a bunch of
cool shit.  I had a co-worker once who had it and I saw what it can do, it's
impressive, and I'd recommend it highly to anyone looking to get into a new
car and trying to evaluate the pros and cons of leasing vs. financing.  Check
it out!
