Its okay I was kinda busy with my heater core... (cheated and got t changed
now.. my car is toasty)

1) rear washer unit, check if you have power to it... if you do, most likely
the washer motor is dead, change it, they are identical to front one.. get one
from a crap yard... if you cant find one, let me know I know of 4 right off the
top of my head. if you dont have power to it check fuse #12
if you have a good fuse and no power to motor, then its something in between
(ie: read wiring faulty some where... grab the multimeter and check it out (fun
job).

2) front wiper system, check if you have power to motor connection if you dont'
check fuse #11, if you do, probably your wiper motor is in need of being
replaced.
