	So your talking about the Rear Wiper/Washer Arm here correct? as
pulling on mine activates the rear window wiper, just making sure your talking
about teh same thing.
check the following : Fuse #12 (15amps) , relay in location 11 (refer to
bentley diagram if you dont have it let me know I will send you a pictture of
it.)  but basically on your fuse box it is on the first row (the row of relays
just above the fuses), second one to the right (last one is relay #12 (turn
signal)), this will check if you have not the basics covered. after that you
can check that your power connection in the rear trunk is correctly connected
(I am doing basic checks here because you said it never worked).
you could hotwire the rear wiper motor to see if it works (it coudl be dead
yanno.) that is all I can think of at the moment (whithout re-writting all the
instructions of the bentley to test electrical wiring harnesses for this unit.
