My car got flooded out once too.  I pumped about 20 gallons out with a shop
vac.  I spent a lot of time with it and then let it dry out in the garage
with a dehumidifier running and doors/windows open.  It worked out just
fine.  Be careful with the dehumidifier though, because you don't want the
car to get too dry, when it's mostly dry leave it out in the sun for a while
to get rid of the little bit of extra moisture.
