Flash Silver Touch up Paint

Anybody have a favorite source? Color code?

I realize metallic's don't match up so well, I can live with that so long as
the base color is pretty close.

Also, part of what I'm touching up will be the (US) bumpers, which have a
pebble-grain texture. What's a good way to recreate that when I fill a
couple of nicks in the plastic?
