You should be able to buy a set (why is it called a set when its only
one? Whatever..) at any of your local auto parts stores. Its a fairly
common "specialty tool" item actually. 

The clamps are for the most , a one time use item. Once you crimp down
the end, its done. I think inthe past ive been able to reuse an old clamp
(after breraking a brand new one, go figure...) with success.
