[elec] fog light switch numbers + rear lighting q

  sorry if it's a little misleading, but i'm wondering what wires the
tabs on the back of my fog light switch go to. it's the standard
european and i'm sure i could figure it out, but i'm just wondering if
someone's already done the homework for me.
  the two numbers are 83a and 83b. the third tab is only designated as
+, which i'm to assume is positive. anyone help me out?
  also, when those of you have created the two brake light setup, how
was it done? simply soldering a wire to the other lead? thanx.
