There is no cheap when it comes to custom turbocharging. Seriously. You either do it right, or you pay the price by doing it later when things magically start breaking because of your cost effective non intercooled CIS turbo install. Do it right, or end up with more of a loss than yo would have had originally by just building it right to begin with.
