Absolute crap. Stay far away from suspension techniques, it's a JC Whitney brand, and it's crap. I run Koni's with H&R Sports on my 16v car, it's great. I seen a set of susp. tech. springs on an A1 GLi in a junkyard -- the front sagged bad, and the rears were about rusted through... Peace,
