Good luck with the 78 :)
Things to keep in mind for interior swap 81->78.
The rear seat bench and the rear wheel well carpets from the 81 will not fit
in the 78.
You will need to use the rear upper bench from your 78 (the frame) and swap
the fabric and cushion (*must have the cushion also*)  from the 81 onto the
78 frame.
I just did the reverse (put a 78 black vinyl fabric & cushion onto an 80
frame to instal in my 81) and it looks factory stock :)
The rear wheel well carpets for a 75-78 are a little harder to find than the
79-81's but they are out there (giving my pair to Neil T for his 76).
I think all the other interior pieces will transfer over.
