I had one in my car last year to set my best time at the track . It has a 
bunch more lift when you put the stock one next to it . The only thing is you 
have to make a new timing mark on it before you try to install it . My car 
never runs right so I am not sure if it may it idle better or worse but it 
sure "felt" quicker . 
I will sell mine for 50 buckaroos plus shipping if anyone is interested .
