[ENG]-solid lifter heads, 1.7, 1.8, which, when?

  Here's what I'm trying to find out; Did the 1.8 engines come with a solid 
lifter head, which engines and what years? Also, is a 1.7 head the same as 
the 1.8? Would there be any problems bolting a 1.7 head on a 1.8 or 2.0 
motor?
