Re: best rader/laser detector? MOUNTING
Many detectors have an audio out that can be used for a visual warning to
such a light. I have a cluster apart that I made a second set of LED's
(MK2 below the oxy, high beams, signal indicator, etc) to signal the city
lights, fogs (mine are Euro's, NOT connected to the high beams) radar
detector, alarm, etc...
I would think you could have that audio lead split and pull double duty
if you could amplify the signal and dedicate a speaker/tweeter to it.
Hell, some pezo(sp?) tweeters are thin enough to hide above the visor and
that should be close enough to hear even with some 'Radar Love' blasting.
