Well,
  I was about to get the re-conditioned 18V DeWALT from HarborFreight
when I found out that my girlfriend got me a new brand X one (Rand 18
Volt Cordless Drill).  We'll see how long it lasts.  With the new found
money, I'm getting some used euro bumpers!  Thanks for all the comments.
