Brian,
hermo time switch by watching voltage at cold start injector connector while starting. Should go
from 12v to 0v after a few seconds.
thermo time switch itself on cold engine with no voltage applied should be 0 ohms ((gnd) to G/W
wire, R/BK wire is energized by starting the car).
band for cold time (86f/30c) is 0-2 seconds.
switch should be infinity ohms at 104f/40c, and should not do anything to the cold start injector
when a start is attempted (too hot, cold start system not needed).
