Helps with belts and stuff

The rubberband that runs the a/c compressor busted, so the alt is off line.  
In order to replace this rubberband, i need to remove the waterpump/PS 
rubberband.  I dont have the correct allen wrench to remove any of the 
pulleys.

1.  Which is the correct sized allen wrench to remove the pully so i can 
borrow the right one?

2.  How do i take off this belt?  In another words, which pulley do i remove 
that would be the easiest,  The main one, the PS OR THE WATER PUMP.

3.  AND ONce i remove the pulley the belt will come right off,  right?

As you can see i am not a mech. but i like to do everthing myself and as long 
as i have a good set of instructions i can do it.  Bently wasn't much help on 
this one. Thanks everyone
