I second what Collins said about the Fubas being
different over the years.  I dug thru my parts and
found my 8716V scirocco antenna and accidentally found
my 91 Passat fuba wire.  The plugs don't match. 
Luckily I hadn't messed with the headliner at that
point so I just re-ran the wire with the correct one.
