MKI Scirocco rear fill panel

Hello everyone,

I recently got one of those old school "Scirocco"
panels for my MKI.  I don't have the brakets that go
with it.  Can anyone tell me how to mount it to the
car.  The problem I see is that with the panel in
place I can't get my hands in there to screw it down. 
Any info is appreciated.  Also Pictures would super
helful, too.
