I'm sure the guys will let me know if I'm wrong, :-) 
but on my A2 it was easy, like a '2'.

Pop rear hatch.  Carefully drop back of headliner by
popping plastic clips.  Unbolt Fuba from below.  Lift
fuba up.  Unhook wiring harness.  Discard old Fuba. 
Assembly is the reverse...
