Re: Rear Swaybar Differences...WAS: front swaybars vs SHINE
The Shine bar sits inside the rear axle, just like the
stock bar does. You have to drill 4 holes in the rear
axle to bolt it in place. It works really well, there
are no brackets to break or bushings to fall apart.
It has a shorter moment arm than the Neuspeed, so it
gets more stiffness out of it.
I've had them in all of my previous VW's and they kick
butt! I go with one over the Neuspeed bar just for
the fact that you don't have to use brackets, let
alone the fact that it works well...
