Yes they will fit as long as they are 4 lug . 
The only forged 15" passat wheels I am familiar with are the Fuchs brand 
called Castelettes or something like that . They look just like the ones from 
a Jetta Carat and late model A1 chassis cabriolets except being 1" larger 
diameter.
As far as I know they were never available in the states officially . I have 
a buddy who bought a G60 synchro passat and thats what came stock on it .
