  hey you got it:

  i bid on an uncracked dash. won the auction, then a day later received
a message "the dash has slight cracks in it". i told them i didn't want
it then. they then insisted that since i won the auction that i MUST buy
it.. what it came down to is that they didn't have the dash to look at,
but listed it for someone else. in addition, there were two people using
the same e-mail and they were not communicating between each other. they
didn't even want me to pick the parts up even though i only lived an
hour away. i will not EVER be doing business with them. i'd suggest that
you (all) do the same.
