Head unit wiring q's

does anybody have any experience wiring a head unit into their mk2 roc?  I ordered my head unit on thrusday and its due here tomorrow.  I want to do the installation myself so no dumbfuck messes it up but me.  What wires go to what, preferably color coded.  or if anyody has a stock wiring harness, or knows where i can get one, that would be great.
