So, sounds like it cranks but no fire eh?  Well, fuel is your problem.  I
would check your cold thermo time switch.  The thermo time switch is the
ONLY thing that makes the cold start injector valve.  So it is either not
sending the signal to the cold start valve or the cold start valve is
flooding your intake on start up causing it to have problems firing right
off.  What color are your plugs?  Check one of them when the car isn't
starting and that should tell you if you are getting any fuel or too much.
