Chris,
vibration at idle means bad passenger side engine mount (also possibly driver side as well).
13 years of 500 lbs will do that (passenger side) mount in.
loss of power may be low compression on the worst case, but may be as simple as bad ignition/cam
timing/plugs/wires.
