Power hook up for Radio... 1988 16v

I know I remember someone saying something about a wire for the seatbelts or
something....   Basically what I want is to be able to put my key in the
ignition , without turning it, and have power to my radio.  But with the key
out of the ignition,... no radio pwr.  Anyone with a good spot?
