The FUSE?!
Ive had on one occasion where my car did this. Everything looked fine,
fuse wasnt blown. I pulled out the fuse to find that it had eaten thru
the fuse element (early style euro fuses). I replaced the fuse and its
better than before. 
Check dat yo!
