RE: Brand new MKII euro bumpers come without molding strip??

Actually when I get them from Germany they do not include the strips with
them.  They do add about another $40 on to the price. The US & Euro ones are
the same part # & you just have to cut them down to fit the euros.  I'd be
happy to up the price $40 on them but c'mon they hardly sell at the price
they are at(which I'm for sure not getting rich off) So don't feel ripped
off....that's just the way it is from VW.

Sounds like a crock-o-shit to me...especially when you consider the
price!  Luckily, if you pry the trim from your old bumpers and chew up
the ends, you'll be chopping them off to fit in the new bumpers.
