Best way to fix flat?
Found a nail in the middle of the width of my year old RE-71 with plenty of
tread left. Is having the tire taken off the rim and patched from inside
the best way to fix it without compromising the speed rating?
What about using those rubber strips/plugs? I've used them before on
balding tires and didn't have a problem but maybe I lucked out.
Green, slime-like rubber sealer? I think the bottle said something about
not exceeding 75 MPH after treatment?
Any other recommendations or choices? Thanks, benton----
