help needed, $$$ offered

 updates on my troubled roc

--timing was retarded a bit, so adjusted timing to be
on the dot
--car still runs like shit

the engine still stalls when cold, hesitates off of
idle, and still has power equivalent to a riding
lawnmower.

if anyone can help me, or if anyone can fix my car, i
have money for them. I need proffessional help/advice
here, or might as well just use my riding lawnmower,
because im sure it can accelerate faster than my ill
rocco. Please help. I get paid tomorrow, and i will
be able to provide CASH on the spot.
