Anthony, I'm not a big fan of gloss black bumpers on the older cars,
but should you do it make sure the bumpers aren't shinier than the car.
Might look a little funky.  Just my 2 cents...  Are you smoothing them
out or leaving them textured?  Gloss black may look better on bumpers
that have been smoothed out?
