I had an 85 8v mk2 that I ran Koni's + Neuspeed race springs with poly *everywhere*. That car was wicked, I could throw it into any corner at any speed, or however the very tired JH motor felt like pushing it :) I say do it. Lets face it, if we wanted comfort and quiet we would not be driving scirocco's. Peace,
