fuel pump Q update

well, the car is running.  the culprit was the heated O2 sensor.  thanks
to Chris DeLong for pointing that out.  Its too bad i merely glanced at
the thing on the 1st try and dismissed it as good since it showed no obvious
signs of damage...mistake.  scirocco 1, newbie 0.
