Yet another crank keyway failure! What a wonderful
design! I can show you the crank pulley sans keyway
that I kept from my old G60 motor...
You need a new crank pulley for sure. Make damn sure
that the keyway on the crank nose is indeed in good
shape. Get a new bolt too. Reinstall everything,
then do a compression test and a leakdown. That'll
tell you whether you bent valves or not.
